The project of Metro Line 7 in Bucharest has been officially formalized through the signing of an inter-institutional protocol. It will cross the city from Bragadiru to Voluntari on a route of 26 km, including 27 stations and 2 depots, facilitating access in densely populated areas. The project, estimated at 2.47 billion euros, will ensure a transport capacity of 50,000 passengers per hour. The expansion of the metro network comes in the context of developing the transport infrastructure in the capital.
