   SMT uses:
   a) Necessary (essential) cookies for site functionality, which do not require consent;
   b) Analytical/statistical cookies to understand visitor interactions—only used with consent.
   They collect anonymous data (e.g., location, date/time, page URLs, screen resolution, browser language, user-agent).
   Matomo
   SMT uses Matomo Analytics to collect and analyze anonymous data on its own servers, not shared with third parties. Matomo sets a persistent cookie with a random ID and a set expiration date (…).

   SMT includes links/icons for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn. Clicking redirects you, and their own privacy/cookie policies apply.
   How to disable cookies?
   On first visit, a pop-up allows selection of desired cookies. Essential cookies cannot be disabled.
   Browsers can be configured to refuse cookies, but this may impair site functionality. “Do Not Track” may also be used.
