The Minister of Health has decided to dismiss the leadership of DSP Iași and requests the change of the manager of the 'Sf. Maria' Hospital after the death of six children due to an infection.

Alexandru Rogobete, the Minister of Health, announced the dismissal of the leadership of the Public Health Directorate in Iași and requested the replacement of the manager of the "Sf. Maria" Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children, following the tragedy in which six children died due to an infection. The minister stated that the intervention was delayed and promised transparency following the report from the Control Body. Additionally, a newborn recently died due to an infection with the Klebsiella bacteria, and investigations are ongoing.
