Judge Olga Cojocaru from the Court of Appeal Center has been dismissed from her position after the Superior Council of Magistracy (CSM) accepted the repeated report of the Vetting Commission. It found that the magistrate did not pass the necessary evaluation. Following the decision, the CSM ruled that Olga Cojocaru should be deprived of the right to exercise the function of judge for 5 years and informed the National Integrity Agency that she cannot hold public office during the same period. Additionally, the judge was deprived of the unique severance pay. The president of the CSM, Sergiu Caraman, detailed these decisions during the meeting.
