The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs Romanian citizens that Typhoon Ragasa, equivalent to a category 5 hurricane, will affect the provinces of Guangdong and Hainan, as well as the Guangxi region, from September 24-25, 2025. Difficulties in public transport and access to essential goods are expected. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends securing supplies of water and food for 3 days, avoiding unnecessary travel, and following the instructions of local authorities. Romanian citizens can request consular assistance at the embassy.
