The general director of TVR, Adriana Săftoiu, confirmed that the documentary "Captured Justice" will be broadcast by the public television at 21:00. Mihai Voinea, one of the authors of the investigation, mentioned that he ceded the broadcasting rights for free to maximize the audience. Săftoiu explained that the decision was made as a team, considering that the documentary deserves to be seen on TVR. Although the schedule on the TVR website has not been updated, Voinea added that B1TV has also requested the broadcasting rights.

The documentary, published on YouTube, had over 600,000 views in 16 hours and addresses issues of justice in Romania, including the phenomenon of statutes of limitations and the centralization of power among magistrates. The interviews include important figures from the judiciary, who discuss current challenges and the impact on the judicial system. Claudiu Sandu, a representative of prosecutors in CSM, emphasized that the exaggerated interpretation of the law affects the efficiency of justice.
