The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) has issued a travel warning for Romanian citizens who are in or wish to travel to the province of Huelva, Andalusia, Spain. Here, the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has established a red alert for heavy rains for October 29, 2025. MAE recommends that Romanians follow the instructions of local authorities in the context of these extreme weather phenomena.
