The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) has issued a travel warning for Romanian citizens who are in or wish to travel to the province of Huelva, Andalusia, Spain. Here, the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has established a red alert for heavy rains for October 29, 2025. MAE recommends that Romanians follow the instructions of local authorities in the context of these extreme weather phenomena. Romanian citizens can request consular assistance at the phone numbers of the General Consulate of Romania in Seville, and in case of emergency, they can call a special emergency number. MAE also suggests consulting official websites for additional information.
