The request was submitted by the General Prosecutor's Office and will be forwarded to the Committee on Legal Affairs, which will analyze the case. Diana Șoșoacă is charged in a case that includes serious accusations related to the promotion of extremist ideologies and antisemitism. The vote for lifting the immunity does not have a set date.
