This initiative is part of the restructuring of the State Housing Entity, subordinate to the Ministry of Housing, led by Isabel Rodríguez. The auction will prioritize operators with experience in managing social housing, aiming for an integrated management of the housing from the portfolio of the former entity Sepes. Additionally, the Ministry of Housing will introduce specific requirements to ensure responsible management, including an "anti-funds" clause to avoid awarding services based on economic criteria. The new model will include measures to prevent the risk of losing housing and a system of penalties and incentives for administrators who meet quality standards. The assessment of service quality will be conducted annually through satisfaction surveys among tenants.
