The apartment, located in the historic center of Brașov, has been recently renovated, preserving original architectural elements and featuring a design inspired by the Japanese wabi-sabi philosophy. Cristian Șoaită, development director of Romania Sotheby's International Realty, emphasized the importance of digitizing the real estate market.
