Ukrenergo warned that on November 9, the electricity supply will be reduced in most regions of Ukraine, with power available only between 8 and 16 hours, due to Russian attacks. Spokeswoman Svitlana Grinciuk mentioned that the number of direct hits on energy facilities is alarming. Russia has used over 450 drones and 45 missiles in the attacks on November 8. Ukrainian authorities emphasize that these attacks are intended to demoralize the population and endanger nuclear safety, considering that substations supplying nuclear power plants have been targeted. Additionally, Russian attacks have resulted in casualties and destruction in cities such as Kremenchuk and Dnipro, and Ukraine continues to carry out counterattacks, targeting Russian energy facilities. The situation on the front is becoming complicated, especially in the city of Pokrovsk, where Ukrainian forces are facing pressure from Russia. In this context, President Zelensky has requested additional support from Western allies to counter Russian aggression.
