Two Typhoon fighter jets took off to patrol the skies of Poland as part of NATO's Eastern Sentry operation, in response to Russian threats.

The operation also involves equipment from Denmark, France, and Germany, highlighting the United Kingdom's commitment to NATO. There have also been interceptions of Russian aircraft in Estonian airspace.
