Ana, a Moldovan woman settled in China for 10 years, traveled almost 1,400 km from Changsha to Beijing, together with her two children, to exercise her right to vote in the parliamentary elections in Moldova. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized the importance of this gesture as an example of civic engagement. The elections are essential for the future of Moldova and have a symbolic significance in the context of tensions between the West and Russia.
