Roberta Metsola, the President of the European Parliament, emphasized the European Union's commitment to the Republic of Moldova, stating that the country's European future is no longer a dream, but a reality under construction. She announced that Chișinău is ready to start negotiations on clusters, which reflects the clear position of the European Parliament.

Maia Sandu, the President of the Republic of Moldova, highlighted that Moldovans have repeatedly chosen European integration, requesting the advancement of accession negotiations. Sandu thanked the European Parliament for its political and financial support, mentioning that Moldova aligns with European legislation. Additionally, Metsola inaugurated the European Parliament Office in Chișinău, a signal of the EU's commitment to Moldova's European path.
