Siegfried Mureșan holds his first press conference after being nominated for the position of prime minister / Meeting at the Government with Ilie Bolojan, Tanczos Barna and Dominic Fritz before the public appearance

Designated Prime Minister Siegfried Mureșan will give press statements alongside the leaders of the PNL, USR, and UDMR on Friday at 13:00 at the Palace of Parliament. The MEP met at Victoria Palace with Ilie Bolojan, Tanczos Barna, and Dominic Fritz a few hours before his first public appearance following his designation for the position of prime minister, to discuss the formation of the government.

Mureșan promises that he will communicate transparently at every step of the procedure until the government is formed and invested.

“We have started work. We will communicate transparently at every step of this procedure. During the course of today, we will hold a joint press conference on the subject of forming the government. Many thanks to the National Liberal Party, Save Romania Union, and the Democratic Union of Hungarians in Romania for the close cooperation we have,” the PNL MEP wrote on his Facebook page.
