Designated Prime Minister Siegfried Mureșan announced on Friday, in his first press conference since being appointed by President Nicușor Dan, that starting today he will begin working on drafting the governing program, which will be “serious, pro-European, and credible.”

“At the beginning of next week, we will announce the priorities of the governing program,” Mureșan announced.

Mureșan promised a governing program that would “be reflected in an increase in living standards, continue the reform measures begun over the past year, and lead to a more stable Romania.”
