In London, a Romanian and two Ukrainian citizens were brought before the court, accused of conspiracy to set fire to properties and a vehicle associated with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer. Prosecutors stated that the acts, committed in May, are not considered acts of terrorism. The two Ukrainians, Roman Lavrynovych and Petro Pochynok, denied the allegations of property destruction by arson, stating that the intention was not to endanger human lives. A third suspect, the Romanian Stanislav Carpiuc, was also charged but did not respond to the allegations.

The fires targeted a vehicle previously owned by Starmer, a property he lived in, and a house he currently owns. Starmer described these incidents as an attack on democracy. The judge emphasized that the circumstances of the act are still unclear.
