According to a survey conducted by CEC Bank and FinZoom.ro, 75% of Romanians will spend their vacation abroad, with Greece (26%) and Bulgaria (17%) as main destinations. 54.5% choose their personal car as a means of transportation, and 77% are saving their money in advance for their vacation. Holiday budgets are decreasing for 42% of respondents. Most prefer cash payments, but CEC Bank offers convenient payment options with its cards. The survey was based on a sample of 1,200 respondents.
