According to G4Media, TikTok has been flooded with conspiracy theories and pro-Călin Georgescu messages shortly after the explosion in Rahova, which resulted in three deaths and several people being hospitalized with serious injuries.

The conspiracy that went viral the fastest originated from the nai player Nicolae Voiculeț, who was present at numerous events and public actions of the extremist party AUR, who spread the idea on social media that the explosion occurred so that "the lawyer in the Colectiv case would be killed and silenced."

Also linking the Colectiv to the conspiracies surrounding the explosion in Rahova was the pro-Russian extremist Diana Șoșoacă, an MEP from SOS and one of the most influential Russian pawns in Romania.

Another conspiracy was aired Monday morning by the pro-Russian Cozmin Gușă who wrote on Facebook that "the company that broke the seal on the gas supply valve of the building in Rahova is AMPCgaz, belonging to politician Mircea Alexandru Nitulescu, a member of the SENS party, an ally of USR, G4Media reports.
