The Competition Council has launched an investigation against the telecommunications operator Digi, suspected of abusing its dominant position. Representatives of the institution confirmed that the investigation is ongoing and that surprise inspections have taken place at the company's headquarters. Digi is accused of selling mobile phone services below cost, which could affect competition in the market. If found guilty, the operator risks a fine of up to 10% of its turnover.
