Digi Communications recorded consolidated revenues of 608 million euros in Q2 2026, with an 11% increase compared to the previous year.

Digi Communications N.V. reported consolidated revenues of 608 million euros in the second quarter of 2026, representing an 11% increase compared to Q2 2025. Adjusted EBITDA grew by 23%, reaching 169 million euros, due to the expansion of the customer base.

In the first half of 2026, revenues reached 1.2 billion euros, with a 10% increase compared to H1 2025. The group recorded 33.9 million revenue-generating contracts (RGUs), an increase of 14% compared to the previous year. The mobile telephony segment was the most dynamic, with 17.3 million RGUs, a growth of 19%.

In Romania, mobile telephony services grew by 20%, while in Spain, the number of users increased by 23%. CEO Serghei Bulgac emphasized the importance of the development strategy and the success of the initial public offering in Spain. Digi continues to focus on providing high-quality connectivity services at affordable prices.
