The Capital City Hall has initiated a program aimed at cleaning graffiti and unauthorized signage from the facades of buildings in protected constructed areas. Owners who enroll in the program will benefit from an 80% coverage of the cleaning costs, with a 20% contribution from their side. The necessary technical documentation will be prepared by the City Hall, and the costs will be fully covered by the local budget. The identification of affected buildings will be carried out by the Local Police, which will notify the owners about the obligation to clean. They can opt for voluntary compliance or for enrollment in the program. In case of non-compliance, the Police will impose contraventional sanctions. Owners who choose voluntary compliance must meet certain conditions, and the Police will verify compliance with the measures. The program will also include public information campaigns.
