Ana Maria Yasmin Dalbuzi, a plastic surgeon, has concluded a plea agreement with the DNA for abuses in the management of a center for the elderly.

Ana Maria Yasmin Dalbuzi, a plastic surgeon and administrator of a residential center for the elderly in Voluntari, has admitted guilt before the DNA, accepting a suspended sentence. The agreement must be approved by the Ilfov Tribunal.

Dalbuzi and her partner, a police officer, are accused of falsifying the center's documents, which provided inadequate services to the elderly, including insufficient and inappropriate food. Between January 1 and September 30, 2023, Dalbuzi allegedly embezzled 293,327 lei from the amounts collected. She also compensated beneficiaries who filed civil claims. A sentence of 3 years in prison was imposed, suspended, along with a ban on conducting social activities for 3 years. The case has been sent to the court for the approval of the precautionary measures.
