The Ministry of Justice requested the Central Court of Appeal to limit the activity of the Political Party 'Moldova Mare' for a period of 12 months, citing serious violations of the democratic electoral process, including external funding from the Russian Federation. The Central Electoral Commission annulled the party's registration, and the Court upheld this decision. The Ministry believes that the connection with Promsvyazbank and the 'Șor' group represents a threat to national security and the integrity of the electoral process.
