The prosecutors believe that the court made an unfounded decision by terminating the criminal proceedings for interference with the administration of justice, arguing that the act meets all the elements of a crime. They also contest the sentence of seven years and six months in prison, considering it too lenient in relation to the severity of the acts, which include falsifying funding reports and accepting illegal funds. The prosecution requests a retrial of the case and the imposition of a 13-year prison sentence for Marina Tauber.
