Cristian Popescu-Piedone withdrew the ANPC order that required the display of the commercial addition on the shelf.

The order has been withdrawn to be amended so that it applies only to food products, as they are price capped until 2025. The original draft envisaged regulating a rule requiring economic operators to display the mark-up alongside the final price of the product.
