In Kiev, on Saturday, negotiations are taking place between Ukraine and its European and American allies to discuss a possible peace agreement with Russia. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that 15 countries, along with representatives of the European Union and NATO, will participate in discussions, which specifically aim at "security guarantees" for Ukraine. These negotiations precede the summit in France of the "Coalition of Will" that supports Ukraine. Russia announced that it will "strengthen" its position, accusing Ukraine of attacks, while Zelensky mentioned that an agreement to end the war is "90% ready," but there remain uncertainties regarding the occupied territories. Additionally, Ukrainian authorities have ordered the evacuation of over 3,000 children from conflict-affected areas. Zelensky has decided to appoint Kirilo Budanov, the head of military intelligence, to a leadership position in the presidential administration, replacing Andrii Yermak. A change is also expected at the Ministry of Defense, with Mykhailo Fedorov proposed as the new minister. In recent days, bombings have continued on both sides, with Russian attacks in Kharkiv causing casualties.
