Minister Dragoș Pîslaru has announced an agreement with the EC for the full absorption of PNRR funds, moving some projects to the loan component.

Dragoș Pîslaru, Minister of European Funds, said that the Government has reached an agreement with the European Commission to ensure full absorption of non-reimbursable funds from the NRRP. Until November, work will be done to release the suspended funds and submit the 4th payment request. Low-risk projects will be kept and medium-risk projects will be analyzed. The intention is to simplify targets and milestones to facilitate implementation of reforms.
