The Minister of Development announced that the Government will finance all PNRR investments with valid contracts as of August 19, 2025, totaling 5,372 contracts.

Cseke Attila stated that all investments financed from the PNRR, with valid execution contracts as of August 19, 2025, will benefit from continued funding from the Government. These investments include 5,372 contracts with a total value of 26 billion lei. Cseke emphasized that over 1,300 educational units will be energy rehabilitated and 191 buildings in the health sector will be modernized.
He also mentioned the reversal of the funding ratio of loan-grant, with 28% loan and 72% grant, which will allow for 100% absorption of funds by the end of August 2026. The Government reaffirms its commitment to continue all projects for the development of Romania.
