On Monday morning, traffic on the DN 5 Giurgiu - Ruse is congested due to repair works on the Bulgarian section of the Friendship Bridge, where traffic is alternating on one lane. Police recommend using alternative routes, such as crossing points in Dolj, Teleorman, Calarasi and Constanta counties, to reduce waiting time and avoid traffic jams.
