Last night, a Russian attack targeting the Odessa region resulted in an RO-Alert being issued to the residents of Tulcea, who were informed about the risk of falling objects from the airspace. The alert, issued by ISU Tulcea, was triggered by information received from the Ministry of National Defense about targets in Ukraine, and the attack caused a fire visible from Romania. Citizens have been advised to remain calm and respect safety measures.
