The second air alert at the border with Ukraine in the course of a few hours. A new RO-ALERT message in Tulcea

A new air breach was detected, on Thursday morning, near the river border with Ukraine, and two F-16 aircraft from Borcea Air Base were alerted. Additionally, residents of Tulcea received a new RO-Alert message following the one from the night before.

"Two F-16 aircraft of the Romanian Air Forces, from the 86th Air Base Borcea, were launched at 9:20 AM to monitor the situation. The National Military Command Center (nucleus) notified the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations regarding the establishment of alert measures for the population in Tulcea County, which sent a RO-Alert message starting at 09:13," representatives of the Ministry of National Defense reported.
