Around 29 inmates from Bucharest-Jilava Penitentiary have started volunteering to clean up the Police Academy after the damage caused by Thursday's storm. They will be supported by prisoners from other penitentiaries. The Interior Ministry has launched a damage assessment after the Europol trade union complained about the poor quality of the rehabilitation works, which may have contributed to the storm damage.
