PHOTO Traffic disrupted in Bucharest after it rained all night. Hundreds of broken trees, torn roofs, flooded basements, and damaged cars.

The storm caused effects in 60 localities across 20 counties, with the Capital being the most affected. Until Wednesday at 08:30, ISU Bucharest-Ilfov received over 3,200 calls, with 550 still waiting. 

Interventions have been made or are ongoing for the evacuation of water from 45 houses, 35 yards, 30 cellars/basements, 17 streets, as well as for the removal of 960 fallen trees, 48 poles, and for the removal of construction elements from the roofs of 60 buildings, with 1 death recorded and 469 damaged vehicles.
