Environment Minister Mircea Fechet says budget cuts for green programs such as Rabla should be a last resort. He stresses that the cuts should be aimed at operating expenses, including bonuses and bonuses, not funding for programs expected by Romanians. Fechet also explained that revenues from the sale of carbon certificates cannot be redirected to other expenses, as they have specific purposes related to decarbonization and energy efficiency.
