<p>The projects aim to modernize three CETs in Bucharest, with a total investment of over €1 billion, of which €362 million is non-reimbursable support from the Modernization Fund. After completion, the price of gigacalorie is expected to drop significantly. The projects will be developed by ELCEN and will help reduce natural gas consumption.
