BRD Groupe Société Générale, in partnership with the General Directorate for the Registration of Persons, has implemented a digital system that allows for the automatic updating of clients' identity data. This process reduces bureaucracy and the time spent in branches, while ensuring the security and accuracy of information at the same time. Clients can also update other personal information online or in branches. So far, over 100,000 updates have been made, replacing direct interactions. This initiative represents an important step in the digitization of banking services.
