The Disciplinary Committee of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) has decided to sanction FC Sevilla with three matches behind closed doors partially at the Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan stadium, following violent incidents during the Andalusian derby against Betis, which was won by the visitors 2-0. The match was interrupted for about 15 minutes due to the throwing of objects, including plastic bottles, by fans dissatisfied with the team's results and the dismissal of striker Isaac Romero. In addition to the ban on spectators, FC Sevilla has been fined 45,000 euros, according to the decision published by the Spanish federation. This sanction underscores the seriousness of fan behavior and its impact on the conduct of matches.
