Citizens of the European Union residing in the Republic of Moldova, as well as Moldovan citizens residing in EU member states, can from Thursday, January 1, 2026, make calls, send messages, and use mobile data without additional costs, under the same conditions as in their home country, since the "Roam Like at Home" program has come into effect.
