Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan criticized on Tuesday in Parliament, during the debates on the motion of censure initiated by PSD and AUR, the cynicism and hypocrisy of the social democrats in the governing coalition, speaking about "people who live in penthouses and complain on the shoulders of Romanians."

Bolojan said in Parliament that the measures that led to the impoverishment of the population were taken in coalition. "How hypocritical are you?"

"I understand these things and I thank Romanians for these hardships, but I cannot accept, how can I put it, that you have no credibility, as people who live in penthouses, from offshore companies, and who defy common sense to come and explain how they complain on the shoulders of Romanians. People who have cars more expensive than several apartments explaining to us how hard it is. Romanians know that these people do not suffer alongside them," said the head of the Government. Bolojan.

According to G4Media, Bolojan would be referring to the penthouse where former PSD Prime Minister, now President of the Buzău County Council, Marcel Ciolacu, has moved in with Sorina Docuz, in Herăstrău.

The Prime Minister characterized the motion 'Turn off the light' as an attempt to maintain control over state companies.

On the same day, the government adopted an emergency ordinance to eliminate the 'smart boys' from Transelectrica, emphasizing that to have cheap energy, greater production is necessary.
