The president of UDMR, Kelemen Hunor, stated that president Nicușor Dan should not have missed the World Economic Forum in Davos: "It would have been good for him to be there."

"It was good for him to be there, he shouldn't have stayed there from the beginning until the end and leave last from the party. But, of course, I can't know what the president's agenda is. I believe he deserves to be there for a day, two, not from the beginning until the end, from the 19th to the 24th, or however the agenda is there. I think it would have been good for a day and a half, because it is still an extremely important forum and there you can discuss with heads of state, heads of governments, with very important people, both for Romania, for Europe, and for transatlantic relations, but I beg you, I don't know what the calculations are," said Kelemen Hunor.
