Constantin Toma, the mayor of Buzău, claims that Marcel Ciolacu's resignation from the PSD leadership has not brought any change in the party, as the leadership team remains the same. Toma says Ciolacu will continue to lead PSD and that preparations for a congress will take place in the fall. He criticizes the neutrality of the party in the context of the elections as a fatal mistake and warns that if the PSD goes into opposition, it will suffer from association with other parties.
