The general mayor Ciprian Ciucu offered a series of characterizations of some politicians on Romania TV, highlighting their achievements and shortcomings.
He named Traian Băsescu the best mayor of the Capital since 1990, mentioning that he liked his first presidential term, but not his second. Regarding the current mayor Nicușor Dan, Ciucu stated that he was a good mayor, but acknowledged that he does not have a close relationship with him, emphasizing that the responsibility is shared.
As for the PSD leader, Sorin Grindeanu, Ciucu noted his expensive watch, comparing it to the value of his apartment. About Alexandru Rogobete, the former Minister of Health, Ciucu had a mixed opinion, appreciating him as a minister but considering him 'unbearable' as a politician.
He praised the work of Alexandru Nazare, mentioning that he maintained the country's budgetary balance. Additionally, Ciucu described the mayor of Timișoara, Dominic Fritz, as a good mayor, but affected by a decision from ANI, suggesting that certain power centers influence decisions in justice.
