A cry for the salvation of Romanian agriculture from the hands of incompetence." Initiated by 61 AUR deputies, the motion highlights the lack of a coherent strategy from the minister, accusing him of stagnation and failure to fulfill commitments to farmers. Among the expressed grievances are the management of imports from Ukraine, where AUR complains about the absence of compensation for losses caused by these cheap products and their questionable quality. AUR deputies accuse that non-compliant products continue to enter the Romanian market, severely affecting local farmers. The motion will be put to a vote on Wednesday, and AUR is calling for an urgent response to protect Romanian agriculture.
