Raluca Moroșanu, a judge at the Criminal Section I of the Bucharest Court of Appeal, participated in a press conference to support her colleague, Laurențiu Beșu, who was attacked by the CAB leadership after his appearance in the documentary 'Captured Justice'. She described the atmosphere in the court as toxic and tense, mentioning that many colleagues share the same opinion.

Moroșanu stated that judges are terrorized by disciplinary actions and that the leadership does not provide support. She also emphasized that any contradiction to her statements would be a lie, highlighting the seriousness of the situation her colleagues are facing.
