The Bucharest Environment Guard has fined a construction site operator in Sector 1 15,000 lei for the lack of a system for spraying and cleaning truck wheels.

The operator of the construction site, which belongs to the City Hall of Sector 1, was fined because dust was rising around the works, and there was no system for spraying and cleaning the wheels of trucks passing through the area. This contravenes legal provisions requiring measures to be taken to reduce particulate emissions.
