Volodymyr Zelensky stated that effective actions against corruption are essential and emphasized the importance of integrity within the company Energoatom, which supplies the majority of Ukraine's electricity. He urged public officials to collaborate with NABU to achieve concrete results. NABU announced that it is conducting a special operation to expose corruption in the sector, involving a criminal organization that collected illegal payments from Energoatom contractors, between 10% and 15% of the contract value.
