Unofficial military blogs claim that the attack targeted the factory in Votkinsk, located 1,400 km from the border with Ukraine, known for the production of Iskander and Topol M missiles. Russian authorities have suspended operations at the airports in Izhevsk and the surrounding regions.

Witnesses in Votkinsk reported hearing at least three explosions. Additionally, Russian military blogs mentioned an attack on a gas processing plant in Samara, without official confirmations. The Ukrainian OSINT project suggested that the attack was carried out with Flamingo missiles.
