Lieutenant General Alexander Sollfrank, a senior German military official, warned that Russia has the capability to launch a limited attack on NATO territory at any moment, emphasizing that such an action could take place as early as tomorrow. He explained that an attack would be small, quick, and limited to a regional level, considering that Russia is focused on the conflict in Ukraine.

Sollfrank mentioned that, despite failures in Ukraine, Russia still maintains a significant fighting force, including nuclear and missile units. He also highlighted Russia's intention to increase its total number of soldiers to 1.5 million, having enough tanks to support a limited attack. President Putin has denied aggressive intentions, stating that the invasion of Ukraine is a reaction to NATO's expansion.
