The Ministry of Finance has launched the ninth edition of the TEZAUR Program. Between September 8 – October 3, 2025, Romanian citizens can invest in TEZAUR government bonds, benefiting from annual interest rates of up to 7.85% and tax-free income.

The Ministry of Finance has launched the ninth edition of the TEZAUR Program, offering Romanians the opportunity to invest in government bonds with maturities of 1, 3, and 5 years, having annual interest rates of 6.90%, 7.50%, and 7.85%. Investments are tax-exempt and can be made online or at the State Treasury units. Eligible individuals can make multiple subscriptions and can cancel subscriptions during the subscription period. The funds obtained will be used to finance the budget deficit.
